Jim, after a successful career with a major oil company, founded Northwest Embroidery in 1977. This was the first commercial embroidery in the Pacific Northwest. Over the years Jim has become the guru of embroidery never refusing to answer a question or offer advice to his fellow embroiders. Jim and his wife Leeanna raised four wonderful children who went on to successful business careers.
Erik has been with Northwest Custom Apparel since his graduation from Washington State University in 1996. He recently got married to his lovely wife Wendy, and is currently enrolled in the MBA program at WGU and plans to graduate in October 2016. He also enjoys lifting weights, traveling, working in his yard and a good micro brew.
Tracy started working at NW Custom Apparel in January of 2014, and became GM in July of 2015. She loves soccer, and enjoys attending Sounder FC and International Matches. Hiking and camping are one of her passions, and she highly encourages family and friends to join her. Ask her about her next adventure or where she has been lately!
Randy's career highlights included developing his own line of branded sportswear as well as designing for Morning Sun, a manufacturer of popular printed apparel sold in major department stores and boutique shops across the country. There is a good chance you've seen some of his creations - some of his top selling shirt designs have sold over a quarter million pieces.
Taylar Hanson is a recent graduate from Washington State University, with a degree in Apparel Merchandising and a minor in Communication. She has worked in retail since she was 16 years old and has been with Northwest Custom Apparel for 1 year. Her hobbies include; Traveling (Recent travels include; Brazil and New York), spending time with her family and spoiling her Yorkie-Poo Cotton.
